ALAMOGORDO, NM — One Alamogordo man is arrested after the Alamogordo Department of Safety made quite a discovery at his home.

ADPS searched 42 year-old Samuel Delgado's home and found more than 100 marijuana plants, more than $11,000 in cash and 18 semi-automatic rifles.

Due to the investigation and evidence seized, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) was contacted.

The DEA assisted in obtaining a Federal District Court arrest warrant.

Delgado was charged with Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance to-wit: Marijuana.
