A man is under arrest after allegedly trying to smuggle close to 200 lbs. of pot across the border. Agents working the Fabens port of entry found the marijuana in this vehicle.
Officers say the driver gave conflicting stories about where he was headed and as you can see it wasn't very hard for investigators to find the drugs. Agents were alerted to the smuggler after finding footprints leading from the Rio Grande to his SUV.
