Police said they arrested a man after he offered to sell pills to an undercover cop.

According to the investigation, Richard Fish, 44, approached a vehicle on Yarbrough and knocked on the driver's window. Fish told the plainclothes officer he was selling Valium for $15 per pill, and they planned a transaction meeting place.

Within moments, uniformed officers met with Fish and recovered 4.3 grams of Zolpidem pills. He was placed under arrest and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance (Zolpidem).
