EL PASO - A man and three teens are busted for breaking into cars.

Police say 18-year old Sabino ortiz was caught stealing CD's and stereo equipment from cars in the Lower Valley, but he wasn't alone. We're told three minors were with him.

Police say Ortiz made it to jail, and the minors were released to their parents.
