There's another reason to worry about balding at a young age.

A new study shows that men who start to go bald at 20 may be more likely to develop prostate cancer later in life.

The study was conducted by french researchers, who compared men being treated for prostate cancer with healthy men, and found that those with the disease were two times more likely than the healthy men, to have started losing their hair when they were 20.

The findings were published in the cancer journal, Annals of Oncology.

Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men after lung cancer, and kills over 250,000 men each year.
