Las Cruces - Racist, illegal, appalling.

Words New Mexico LULAC used today in Las Cruces to describe the Arizona immigration law.

The League of United Latin American Citizens is one of several civil rights organizations to announce that it is pursuing legal options against the law.

New Mexico LULAC director Paul Martinez says time is on the side of the law's opponents...

"In the next couple of years, the Hispanic community you see now that the immigrant these children that are born from immigrant parents are going to get voting age. Very soon. Demographics is changing rapidly every year as we speak and those young fellas need to get out and vote. We need to ask community start organizing with all the organization, organizing an effort on voting some those folks out of office."

LULAC urged Arizona businesses to relocate to New Mexico where immigrant tolerance is much stronger.

FIRST stop complaining and be grateful that the taxpayErs that are bing picketed are the very ones that are supporting illegals with benefits.
Tell Mexico to do the same and we will not have this problem. All people should be free. That can only happen if we obey the laws. This is not a race problem This is a humAn problem. Lets all live in PEACE.

I think the country needs to do something about the immigration problem. Arizona has almost 400,000 illegal aliens and something has to be done about it. The US Government is not doing anything about it. I believe Arizona has the right to do something about this problem. I support them. I believe the police in Arizona should have the right to ask for a person's immigration documents when they are stopped for any crime or violation of law.

Simple fact is they need to understand the problems illegal immigrant(s) no matter race pose on our systems of healthcare, jobs, taxes, and our over all economy nationally and state. As for LULAC they want the first generation to vote when they couldn't do the same from their own home countries so they want to complain about a system that gives them that freedom.

How about you set an example and start telling the people your fighting for, to enter our country legally.

i agree with the Arizona law. why should we pay for medical/dental and give free welfare to illegal people. only 50 percent of Americans pay taxes...i am in that category...so why should i support these free loaders...i already supported my children and they are productive members of society.
