It's being called the biggest football game in UTEP history and miner excitement is already underway. Miner-palooza kicked off at UTEP at about 6 o'clock. Up to 30,000 people are expected at the event because of all the excitement surrounding tomorrow's game between UTEP and the Texas Longhorns.
