Thursday, September 4, 2008 - A batch of mosquitos infected with the West Nile Virus were found in East El Paso.  The health department says the mosquitos were trapped last week. Inspectors are now aggressively treating areas throughout the city and county where mosquitoes are likely to breed. These areas include reservoirs, culverts and ditches. They are also fogging neighborhoods county-wide.
