President Felipe Calderon is expected to arrive in Juarez on Tuesday.
People living there hope his visit will bring some sort of stability to a city they fear is getting more and more dangerous everyday.
The Mexican army and federal agents are already in Juarez as part of the "Chihuahua Program" -- an effort to fight organized crime, but some people say it isn't helping.
They hope Calderon will see the violence and fear people are living with everyday, and bring changes to fix it.
