The problem has to do with a rock wall that is crumbling and putting the homes in danger. The city says it's a safety hazard and wants the families out while they fix the problem. The city says four homes on Colina Alta and one on Northwind must be evacuated by 7 a-m Thursday. But Gina Cordova says she and her family won't leave because the city has yet to tell them how long they'll have to be gone. The city told us that if the family is not out by 7 tomorrow morning they will pursue legal action to force them out.
