Police say 26 year old Rodolfo Garcia was hit and killed by a drunk driver.

The driver, 23 year old Erika Castillo is charged with intoxicated manslaughter.

But now, the family fears they could be out of a home too.

Star Garcia says her husband's boss agreed to buy the home for them if he worked to pay it off -- and now, they don't know where they stand.
