A 22 page criminal indictment says undocumented immigrants were stashed in a house owned by the Border Patrol Agent on Geranium Drive off Zaragosa. Border Patrol Agent Jesus Miguel Huizar is charged with conspiracy to commit alien smuggling and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Two Mexican Nationals are charged with conspiracy to commit alien smuggling. Court documents allege the men smuggled more than 100 illegal immigrants into the U.S. since 2005. Agent Huizar is accused of taking $500 for each undocumented immigrant he allowed to pass through his checkpoint. The indictment seeks half a million dollars from Huizar and criminal forfeiture of the safe house he reportedly owned.
