Friday, May 9, 2008 - In a response to the Public Service Board's decision to lower the stormwater untility fees, El Paso City Representative Eddie Holguin says, although 100% of the proposed water fee will no longer be collected over a 5-year period, PSB will collect 63-percent over ten years. That means taxpayers will pay $290 million dollars instead of $276 million in the long run.
