At about 4 pm, a judge sentenced an ex- El Paso police officer for sexually assaulting a teenager.
Luis Nava will spend 7-years in prison for having a sexual relationship with the 14 year old girl and for taking pictures of the act.
Another officer, Philip Amato, will be in court August 28th for sexual assault with the same child.
