Friday, March 28, 2008 – Friday, March 28, 2008 – On Wednesday, Las Cruces police responded to a shooting, at a mobile home just off Highway 70; where 45 year-old Joseph Gaytan told police he accidentally shot himself in the foot, after a fight with an unidentified man. Officers arrested Gaytan for possession of a firearm by a felon.
