Thursday, March 27, 2008 – City representative Rachel Quintana, who is accused of forging the name of her former employer at Fed Ex; in order to get discounted airline tickets, was supposed to have a hearing this morning; but it’s been to May 2^nd. The change is due to pre-trial hearings requested. Quintana’s last hearing was also delayed because she changed her lawyer for the second time.
