Wednesday, March 26, 2008 – 35 year-old Joe Sanchez and 47 year-old Javier Guzman-Macias were arrested Tuesday, after police caught them stealing bicycles, from the family housing area of the New Mexico State University campus. Both suspect were taken to the Dona Ana County Detention Center on multiple charges.
