Friday, March 21, 2008 – According to a Triple-A survey, El Paso has the lowest average, at $3.12 per gallon. But if you’re planning to travel to Galveston, this holiday weekend, beware the city ranked highest on the survey with a price average of $3.18 per gallon. Prices at the pump in Texas rose by a penny this week, to an average $3.17.
