One of El Paso's Young Entrepreneurs of the Year shared some advice Thursday with local students.

Hundreds of students attended the day's presentation about succeeding in academics, life and dealing with bullies.

Patrick Perez is a nationally renowned youth speaker and author from El Paso but now lives in Austin.

He's created a special presentation for students that will keep them focused on their future.

He says he created the program to incorporate excitement and the element of music, break dancing and "B-Boing" to enhance student interaction.

The program touches on choices, goal setting, drug prevention and dealing with bullies for middle school high school students.

Perez has two books out, "Bully Breakthrough" and "Mad Skills for Student Success."
