A local soldier has been killed in Afghanistan. Sergeant Tristan Wade died Friday when enemy forces attacked his unit with a homemade bomb. Wade was a member of the 573rd Clearance Company at White Sands Missile Range. The 23 year-old is originally from Indianapolis. A local memorial is being planned.

Home made bomb-time to bring them ALL home, it's past overdue and no need to lose another soldier....they will never learn respect for everything we have done for them.
