EL PASO - You will notice some local flavor to Food Network programming tonight.

Kiki's Mexican Restaurant will feature its famous machaca plate on the show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate."

Tonight, the Food Network will feature Kiki's special - shredded brisket, chicken or crab grilled with tomatoes, green chilis, egg, onions and covered with Kiki's special sauce.

The Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" airs at 7 p.m.
