EL PASO - It has been just 2 days since a massive tornado ripped though Joplin, Missouri, killing dozens and wounding hundreds more.

The El Paso Red Cross said it has about 5 volunteers on standby, ready to help, in case they're called out.

There are no plans in place to send the volunteers yet, but that could change depending on the need.

The Red Cross said you can donate to the relief efforts online or by calling them locally at 915-592-0208.
