Local Daycare to Shut Down

A long running daycare in south El Paso is set to close Friday. The El Paso Children's Day Care Association was heading towards closure earlier this month. Then, the YWCA and other organizations stepped in with a proposal to help. It seems, that help did not come through as planned, after all.
