An organization based out of UTEP has launched an initiative to provide prosthetics to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing and the recent building collapse in Bangladesh.

LIMBS International has created a relief knee that can be eaisly assembled and repaired in poor areas.

"We believe this outreach not only serves to provide a crucial need, but also provides the opportunity for people in El Paso and around the world another avenue to provide assistance for the victims." said Trevor Bergman, LIMBS Executive Director.

As the organization embarks on these targeted relief efforts, it is asking the public for financial support for these initiatives and its continuing mission of providing its Relief Knee in the developing world.
