Attorneys for a Las Cruces man accused in his daughter's death want his trial to be held somewhere else.

Four month-old Kaylynne Flores died in 2007.

Police say she was left in a clothes hamper while her father Robert Flores went to buy beer.

The man's attorney wants the trial moved out of Las Cruces, saying all the publicity surrounding the case makes it impossible for flores to get a fair trial.

The prosecutor disputes that claim.
