LAS CRUCES - A mural artist is being recognized for his talent on Monday.

Noah McDonald and his friend Michael Graham, donated time and talent to beautify a section of the handball court at Lions Park in Las Cruces.

The mural and its creators will be recognized by Keep Las Cruces Beautiful and City of Las Cruces Codes Enforcement at the Monday, Oct. 4th city council meeting.

The mural faces Picacho Avenue. The two week long project was completed in mid September.

McDonald is an internationally known artist, much of whose work is done in Santa Fe, NM.

The city council meeting begins at 1 p.m. at City Hall, 700 N. Main St.
