A Las Cruces man is accused of raping a nine-year-old boy and bribing the child's mother to cover it up. Investigators say Steven Pena offered the mother $100 a month to stay quiet. Police say the boy's father didn't find out about the rape until recently and quickly reported it. Authorities say more charges are pending.
