LAS CRUCES - It's been 21 years, today, since gunmen shot 7 people execution style inside of a Las Cruces bowling alley. Four people died, and to this day investigators haven't been able to solve the massacre.

"This is the worst thing that's ever happened in the city of Las Cruces. It's not even close," film maker Charlie Minn said.

Minn said he made the movie to keep the memory of the tragedy alive.

"There are two killers out there right now that need to be apprehended and prosecuted to the full extent of the law," he said.

Minn told us the movie uses actual crime scene video, pictures and interviews with family members.

"No one's come to justice for this. We haven't had any peace at all. We're at peace with ourselves, but the people who did this are still running out there," Mark Woods said.

Woods sister Amy, 13, was killed in the massacre.

Polo and Ruth Teran lost their son Steven and his daughters Paula, 6, and Valerie, 2,.

"We want to keep [the memory] alive and if it takes forever fine. As long as we're here and able," Ruth Teran said.
