Investigators have identified a Horizon City kidnapping victim.
He's 30-year-old Sergio Saucedo.
As we told you, Thursday night at 10:00 PM, 3-men reportedly broke into Saucedo's home and took him against his will.
A neighbor we spoke with knew something was up when he saw how much law enforcement was called out.
There is still no word on why Saucedo was taken.
