EL PASO - If you want to plan an event downtown that will attract tourists, the city is holding a competition to see which idea will win public funding.

The Museums and Cultural Affairs Department will begin accepting applications tomorrow for KickstArt Downtown, a competitive funding program aimed at revitalizating downtown.
