EL PASO - The stage is set for what is sure to be one of the most watched murder trials of the year in El Paso.

A judge today made key decisions in the case against David Marmolejo.

You recall, Marmolejo is accused of strangling his mother Gloria to death one year ago and of dumping her body in the Santa Teresa desert.

There has been so much publicity surrounding the case that his attorney felt he could not get a fair trial in El Paso.

The judge rejected a change of venue request so the trial will be held in El Paso.

A trial date has been set for October 1st.

Remember people that this is a society of " innocent until proven guilty".

There is no person like a mother. To premeditate murdering your mother with a girlfriend by strangling her is demonic. This means that his mother was looking him in the eyes all the while he was killing her. Her fear and fright did not move him at all.

Now, he wants pity in the court of law. The real shame comes from family members (who know he had millions coming from a law suit)siding with him.

His rap sheet shows that he was no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law.

STRANGEL HIM AND THROW HIM IN THE DESERT!!!!!!!Y EVEN HAVE A TRIAL IF MURDER IS ALL OVER HIS NASTY FACE AND SOUL!

burn baby burn
