EL PASO -- One day after testimony, a capital murder trial has been declared a mistrial. 

Tuesday was day two of the trial against Vikki Macias.

She is charged with Capital Murder in the death of her 4 year old son Dallas.

The judge declared the mistrial Tuesday.

Because of a gag order, the judge's office is not releasing any details.

The trial has been reset for June 15.
