President Felipe Calderon was upbeat in his comments about the operation that killed Mexican drug kingpin Arturo Beltran Leyva.

Calderon says Beltran Leyva's death is proof that Mexico is winning the war against drug cartels. Still, those words don't seem to reflect what is happening on the ground in Juarez.
