Juarez Arrests Dog and Pony Show?

JUAREZ--- The Mexican military says they've arrested three men responsible for at least 24 murders in Juarez.
This time around, the men used a different method in their murders.
Instead of execution-style shootings, military investigators say the men strangled and injected victims so they'd overdose on drugs, all to confuse police.
But experts and people on both sides of the border are not sure what to make of these kinds of busts.

NewsChannel 9's Adrienne Alvarez spoke to one UTEP professor about the government's new attempts at clearing their streets of murderers.
