Jobs Report Shows no Change in Unemployment Rate
The latest jobs report from the Department of Labor shows 80,000 jobs were added to the economy in June. That's 15,000 fewer than economists projected.
Friday's lackluster report leaves the unemployment rate of 8.2% unchanged. GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney pounced on the stagnant numbers calling the latest report a "kick in the gut" to Americans. At a rally in Ohio, President Obama job acknowledged the report telling audience members "we've got to grow the economy faster."
