Information needed in 2011 fatal hit-and-run
El Paso, TX (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department needs your help in finding a suspect in a deadly hit-and-run accident that happened more than two years ago. The accident happened on November 7th 2011 around 1 am.
Police explained a dark colored SUV fatally struck 32-year-old Kimberly Esparza Robles who was walking home with her husband on the 10900 block of Pebble Hills Boulevard.
Detectives believe that someone out there may have information that could lead to solving this more than 2 year old case. "Investigators from the Special Traffic Investigations Unit do not believe speed to be a factor. As far as any alcohol involvement in this particular case, on the part of the driver, it is unknown at this time,” Officer Javier Sambrano, a Spokesman for EPPD said.
