Immigration surge puts strain on legal system

El Paso is one of several border cities trying to help process hundreds of undocumented immigrants who are fleeing their homes in Central America with hopes of starting a better life in the U.S.

More than 300 have arrived here in the past couple of days. That's putting a strain on resources, from U.S. Border Patrol to the legal system.

One of city's leading immigration attorneys visited us to discuss.
