Immigration reform dividing Texas lawmakers

Democrats in the U.S. House are once again trying to force a vote on comprehensive immigration reform.

A petition was introduced in Congress Wednesday, that if successful, would force lawmakers to vote on a bi-partisan bill that passed the Senate last year, but stalled in the GOP-controlled House.
