EL PASO The United States Honor Flag will be arriving in El Paso today at the El Paso International Airport in honor of Officer Karl McDonough.

The flag will remain here through the duration of Officer McDonough’s memorial services.

McDonough was killed Wednesday morning when his police unit was hit by a suspected drunk driver.
