Imagine making all your mortgage payments on time and still, a bank forecloses your property. Experts say many Americans have lost their homes to an illegal practice known as "robosigning."

Beatriz Huml knows first-hand what it's like to be a victim of robosigning.

"They came in and gave me a notice of eviction...I said, 'what?'...the gentleman said 'nonpayment and your house has been foreclosed.' What?"
