EL PASO, TEXAS- The Pebble Hills Regional Command Center will host a H.E.A.T. event on Friday December 10, 2010 at the Starbucks Coffee Company, 1881 Joe Battle Blvd. (south of Montwood) from 10 am to 1pm.

H.E.A.T. (Help End Auto Theft) is a statewide vehicle registration program administered by the Texas Department of Public Safety in conjunction with the El Paso Police Department that helps law enforcement officials Identify Stolen Vehicles.

The H.E.A.T. registration requires a valid U.S. driver license and proof of insurance. This event is free to the public.
