EL PASO - A status hearing is set for tomorrow on the David Marmolejo murder case.

A judge may set a new trial date at that time.

The case ended in a mistrial last Sunday when jurors could not all agree on a verdict.

Marmolejo is accused of killing his mother and dumping her body in the Santa Teresa desert.
