Here's some items you should make sure you have on your grocery list. Health experts say they are cancer-fighting foods that you can add to your diet.
First, mangoes are a sweet treat that are packed with antioxidants. Lupeol, one of the antioxidants found in mangoes, can clear the body of free radicals. Free radicals are harmful molecules that can trigger some forms of cancer and heart disease.
Research also shows walnuts are linked to a lower risk for kidney and colon cancers. They also have several "good fats" that can improve blood pressure and boost the immune system.
