HATCH, NM - A Hatch, NM man is charged with five counts of attempted murder by poisoning.

51-year-old Domingo "Tito" Gomez is accused of trying to kill his estranged wife and his mother-in-law.

Investigators say Gomez put a deadly pesticide Carbofuran in the victim's wine.

Gomez is being held on $45,000 bond.
