Gunshot Victim Found

A man was found with a gunshot wound near a bar in San Elizario. Authorities tell us the 20-year old man had a severe gunshot wound to his left arm. The man told investigators he was from Mexico and had been shot on the Mexican side of the border. He was taken to an El Paso hospital. Deputies and Border Patrol are now investigating the incident.
