The numbers are in for the two Texans that competed in tonight's Iowa presidential caucuses.

In a field of seven GOP republicans, Congressman Ron Paul came in third; Governor Rick Perry came in fifth.

Rep. Paul told a crowd in Ankeny, Iowa, that tonight's vote is a confirmation of his views on limited government. He also said he's the one to beat President Obama in the fall.

Meanwhile, Governor Perry said he'll stay positive, despite attacks from his political rivals.

Ron Paul finishes 3rd in Iowa and he thinks that means a confirmation of his views. The guy finished 3rd and he calls that a confirmation! If you ask me he is out of touch with reality. Then we have Governor Perry finishing 5th and today he tells South Carolina that he is on his way there cause he is staying in the race. All these 2 bozos have done is embarrass themselves and all Texans. Thank God that we have President Obama.
