Gang Injunction

An injunction has been placed on 13 alleged members of the Bloods gang in northeast El Paso. They will not be able to do a range of everyday things in designated areas. Things such as, sit down, be seen with other gang members, drive, text and more - in areas known as safety zones. Police say these people were involved in organized gang activity, aggravated assaults and burglaries.
