Willie Gandara Senior will have to wait nearly another six months to fight for his innocence in court. On Tuesday his attorney Joe Spencer was taken off the corruption case. Prosecutors cited a conflict of interest since they plan to bring Gandara's son, Willie Gandara Junior to the stand. Spencer also represented him in his drug trafficking case. The trial now will start March 25th.
