El Paso, TX - The funeral for a UTEP student shot to death in Juarez was held today according to family members.

Nineteen-year-old Alejandro Ruiz Salazar, a pre-nursing student, was gunned down in a shooting Sunday.

A former UTEP student, 21 year-old Jorge Pedro Gonzalez Quintero, was also killed according to university officials.
