El Paso, TX — A Fort Bliss Military Police Officer is behind bars suspected of arson.

El Paso Fire Department Officials said Justin Drew Woodard, 24, intentionally set the interior of a Ford F-150 on fire on November 29, 2012.

The car was parked at 4648 Vesta Loop when Woodard allegedly broke the driver's side window and set the inside on fire around 10:30 p.m..

Woodard is charged with arson, a second degree felony.

He was taken into custody on January 29, and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a $50,000 bond.
